Are you a design enthusiast ready to take your skills to the next level? At 360 Digital Solutions, we are offering an exciting opportunity for a Creative Designer (Trainee) to join our team in Panadura. This is a full-time, on-site internship designed for individuals looking to grow their design skills in a fast-paced, professional environment. You’ll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and produce visual content for brands, social media, and digital campaigns. If you have a strong eye for detail, a hunger to learn, and the ability to think creatively, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of engaging visual content for digital platforms (social media posts, ads, web graphics, etc.)

  • Support senior designers in developing creative concepts

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals with campaign objectives

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas

  • Manage multiple design tasks and deliver on deadlines

  • Maintain consistency in branding and visual identity

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and design aesthetics

  • Familiarity with design trends and social media platforms

  • Ability to take feedback and work in a team-oriented environment

  • Strong communication and time management skills

  • A portfolio showcasing your creative work (personal or academic projects)

  • Residing in or willing to commute to Panadura
