Client Communication
Manage client chats, calls, and emails (Sinhala + English)
Join client meetings and take notes, prepare briefs
Assist in presenting project updates and ideas
Outreach & Follow-ups
Make cold/warm calls to leads (training provided)
Track follow-ups and update CRM or lead status
Project Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, content creators)
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely delivery
Internal Admin Support
Manage schedules, reminders, and meeting notes
Help maintain project reports and documentation
Strong communication and presentation skills (Sinhala & English)
Interest in digital marketing, IT, or creative services
Responsible, organized, and proactive
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet)
Basic knowledge of tools like Trello or Notion is a plus
Must be able to work onsite at our Panadura office
